David Grau Jr. is the founder of Succession Resource Group, a succession consulting organization that has helped value, buy, and sell thousands of financial service practices over the last decade. David is a published author and accomplished speaker and has been interviewed and cited in dozens of publications over the last decade on M&A and next-gen building strategies, with over 200 presentations to his credit. David holds a BA from Portland State University and MBA from Willamette University's Atkinson Graduate School of Management, where he serves as an adjunct professor.
