Dave Leininger CPA

Dave is a partner with LeiningerCPA, Ltd, a small audit and consulting firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  After serving as a senior manager with KPMG from 1978 to 1986, Dave left to form his own firm in 1986. Dave has provided audit, attestation and risk management consulting services to a wide variety of privately/closely held companies for over 30 years, working primarily with small businesses, not-for-profits, community banks and other financial-related clients.  Dave is a speaker and author for various banking and not-for-profit industry associations, and received the 2014 Special Service Award from the Minnesota Society of CPA’s for helping create awareness about the FRF for SME’s with the state’s banking industry and regulators.
