Darrell Barr is the Senior Director of Global Business Analytics at NTT Data, the world's 6th largest provider of IT services. His professional experience in the Oracle BI/EPM space spans 20 years serving Fortune 500 firms in process and design consultation, performance tuning, numerous full-life-cycle implementations, and international training for end users and developers alike. He manages a worldwide practice of over 100 business analytics professionals. He is also a trained psychologist and certified forensic consultant. Mr. Barr’s studies have included cognitive therapy, personality schemas, emotional intelligence, and quantitative EEG analysis. His research focus has been individual functioning, emotional intelligence, and personality dynamics. After completing doctoral course work in a campus-based weekend program while consulting in Silicon Valley (2010-2012), he is currently a PhD candidate at Saybrook University in San Francisco, CA.
