Dan focuses on assisting our clients with transformative and complex transactions with specialization in accounting and financial reporting.

Within the past 12 months Dan has led a crypto bank IPO as well as numerous crypto and digital assets diligence projects.
Within the past 24 months Dan has led the Rocket Mortgage IPO, 4 IPO's for PE portfolio companies, and 3 Deals (acquisitions) across Banking and Payments.
Dan has assisted clients with IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, complex financing transactions, joint ventures, securitizations, development of hedging programs, consolidation analyses, business combinations, as well as implementation of new accounting standards.
Dan's accounting expertise focuses on Financial Instruments, Revenue Recognition, Loan and Lease Accounting, Business Combinations, and Consolidation. Dan has recently led the Revenue Recognition and Leasing implementation for a Global payment processor, and speaks at Payment Processor roundtables.
