Dan has 13+ years of experience in internal audit and internal controls. Having spent 11 years providing Internal Audit and IT Audit Support services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he is now the Director of Internal Controls within the Workplace Solutions division at Transamerica. Dan oversees the SOC-1 and SOC-2 covering Transamerica's recordkeeping services, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley controls for the division and controls excellence projects focused on managing change in the business.
Dan is a CIA and CISA, and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from Towson University.
