Curtis H. Bernstein, ASA, CPA/ABV, CVA, CHFP, MBA, is a Managing Director of Valuation and Transaction Advisory Services for Altegra Health, Inc.  For over a decade, Mr. Bernstein has specialized in providing valuation, transaction advisory, strategic and operational consulting services to clients.  He has extensive experience working closely with hospital systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), and other healthcare organizations.  Prior to providing valuation and transaction services, Mr. Bernstein held management positions in a publicly traded hospital system and publicly traded pathology company.  Mr. Bernstein currently sits on the advisory board for the National Association of Valuation Analysts’ Healthcare Practice Group and recently updated sections of the study materials for NACVA’s Healthcare Consultant Training Institute.  Mr. Bernstein is also a physician integration expert within the Healthcare Financial Management Association forums.
