Craig O'Hare brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience. Craig has held positions in almost every department within a dealership, including Service, Sales, Finance, and Leadership. Craig joined JM&A Group in 2004 and continued to drive dealership success as a Specialist, District Manager, and Senior District Manager. Craig joined PDC Training in 2015, where he used his industry experience to help dealership personnel and JM&A Associates elevate their skills. Craig is the Director of Fixed Operations and curriculum Strategy at JM&A Group Consulting Solutions. He nationally leads two teams that provide dealership consulting in service departments to improve productivity and profitability and a curriculum design team that produces customized training materials. Craig has received JM&A's esteemed "Star of Excellence" Award.
