Craig is the Principle in Charge of DHG Healthcare's Center for Industry Transformation. In that role Craig focuses on the development of articles, publications and other collaterial supporting the transformation of the healthcare industry. Prior to DHG Craig was created Charis Healthcare - a strategy consulting Firm following his 25 year career as a Partner in Ernst & Young. Craig got his MBA from the Wharton School. He participated as a senior examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and was of the lead authors of the International Quality Study - a study of best practices in Automotive, Healthcare, Technology and Finance in the United States, Germany, Japan and Canada.
