Colleen Milligan has spent the past 16 years working within the health and human services field to promote healthier communities foster collaboration among partners, and improve outcomes for patients. She has diverse experience working with healthcare providers, payors, public health entities, government agencies, social service organizations, and other stakeholders to improve access to care, reduce health disparities and enhance service delivery. Colleen leads Baker Tilly's Community Health Needs Assessment Team among other Population Health Management solutions. She has overseen Community Health Needs Assessments with more than 60 hospitals and hundreds of their partners in communities across the country. Her clients have included acute care, specialty and critical access hospitals; multi-hospital and multi-state health systems; and regional and statewide community health collaborations. Colleen regularly provides training and education within the health and human services field. Some of her education partners have included the Association for Community Health Improvement, the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, the Connecticut Hospital Association, The Hospital Association of Rhode Island, the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and LeadingAge. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management form Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
