Clint joined Pentra as an Account Executive in 1994 and became a Principal in 1999. He provides his clients with a unique combination of benefit consulting and hands-on service. His responsibilities include strategic planning, surveys, benefit analysis, cost reduction review, contract negotiating, impact evaluation, provider network feasibility, employee communications and enrollment facilitation for all benefit plans. Prior to joining Pentra, Clint was with the Colonial Life division of Unum.
Clint’s role on client teams include initial and ongoing client relations on all matters impacting their health and welfare benefits. Recent engagements have focused on strategic plan redesign, merger and acquisitions, due diligence and integrations, wellness plan integration, outsourced administration, review and implementation, internet based solutions for benefit communications and administration, plan closures and reorganizations, cost reduction programs and integrated disability studies.
Clint graduated from the University of Vermont in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Clint is recognized in the industry as a respected thought leader and serves on Advisory Boards for Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Cigna.
