Clifford Warren is a graduate of Middlebury College, New York Law School and NYU. Cliff was the Tax Director of GE Capital Commercial Finance and later head of tax at DB Zwirn, an $8 billion hedge fund. Before joining the Government as Special Counsel in Passthroughs, Cliff was head of Tax at KKR, a NYC private equity firm.
