Chris is the Managing Partner of Diamond McCarthy LLP's San Francisco Office.
He is currently leading the Bankruptcy Circuit Writers for Federal Bar Association to provide monthly updates of new court decisions in Bankruptcy matters across the nation. He is also a past President of the Federal Bar Association for the Northern District of California.
Chris currently represents the estate of the Heller Ehrman law firm in a variety of actions and has recovered more than $40 million to date. This includes more than $20 million from Bank of America and Citibank in a large preference case, $7.5 million from a major law firm and a former client of Heller Ehrman, and more than $3.5 million from a number of law firms in Jewel v. Boxer actions.
Chris has earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Chris is also active in local politics to the Marin County Board of Supervisors and is a member of the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Group.
