Chris Rickli is a Partner in the Accounting Services Group at PwC. He specializes in financial instruments accounting, and is a firm expert in loan and securities impairment, transfers of financial assets, consolidation, and debt/equity financings. Prior to re-joining PwC in July of 2016, Chris was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. While at the Commission, Chris focused on technical accounting consultations, accounting standard setting, and accounting support to various areas of the Commission, including the Divisions of Corporation Finance, Investment Management, and Enforcement.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. He lives in Madison, NJ with his wife and three daughters.
