Christopher McLane

Chris McLane is a director with the firm's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Chris provides pre-acquisition financial diligence services and post-closing integration services to private equity and corporate acquirers. Chris also provides sell-side due diligence services for private equity and corporate clients exploring various sales options. This includes quality of earnings, net working capital, free cash flow analyses, income statement analyses, balance sheet analyses, customer analyses, and collection/revenue analyses. Chris's finance and accounting background includes extensive experience in M&A advisory, M&A integration, Lender Due Diligence, and corporate finance related roles. He has lead projects within cannabis, healthcare, technology, automotive, manufacturing, waste management, construction, and many other industries. These roles have ranged from a temporary CFO, M&A due diligence, M&A integration of accounting, marketing and research and development groups, and lender due diligence.
