Chris Booth is a Director in the International Tax Service Line in the San Diego office. He has over 19 years of experience serving a variety of multinational clients including multinational public companies in an assortment of industries.
He has experience with inbound and outbound taxation including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings, foreign tax credit planning, entity classification, financing transactions, repatriation, and cross-border intellectual property planning. Chris has significant experience with US tax compliance including numerous IRS controversy issues.
Chris is also heavily involved with financial reporting for income taxes (ASC 740) for both attest and non-attest clients. Chris earned both Masters and Bachelors degrees from San Diego State University in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax.
