Chris J. Lynch is the Enterprise Credit Risk Information Strategy and Allowance (CRISA) Executive in the Global Risk Management organization at Bank of America. In this role Chris leads a team responsible for the company's allowance for credit losses and related provision expense. He is also responsible for the company's credit risk data strategy and reporting, providing daily, monthly and quarterly credit risk reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to joining CRISA in 2009, Chris was head of SEC Reporting at the bank and was responsible for the preparation and filing of Bank of America's SEC deliverables including the Annual Report and quarterly SEC filings. In addition his team worked closely with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications on the earnings release documents. Chris joined Bank of America in 2001 as part of MBNA's SEC Reporting department. Prior to his career at the bank, Chris worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young out of their Baltimore office.
