Chris Gloede is the Chief Consultant for Ricochet, helping associations leverage modern marketing technologies and strategies to build stronger connections with prospects, customers, and members. He also teaches live classes to association executives through the Association Academy, sharing practical advice to improve membership and marketing efforts.

Previously, Chris was the first Chief Marketing Officer of the American Bar Association where he created a culture of innovation, helped the organization recover from the recession, and reversed decades of membership decline. Chris also worked in the advertising industry for global agencies Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather.
