Cheryl Soto JD

Cheryl Dunn Soto, a partner at Franklin | Soto LLP, is a litigator and insurance coverage attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience. Her practice focuses on business litigation with a primary focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation on behalf of commercial policyholders. She has handled disputes involving a wide variety of commercial policies, including commercial general liability (“CGL”), directors and officers (“D&O”), errors and omissions (“E&O”), employment practices liability (“EPL”), and excess/umbrella policies. Her clients have included contractors, dealer-brokers, auto dealers, non-profit organizations, and companies of all sizes located through the country. Prior to entering private practice, Cheryl worked for five federal judges, including a Ninth Circuit judge.
