As a Director in Chatham's Global Real Estate Accounting Advisory practice, Chase advises global real estate clients on properly structuring and documenting their derivative and hedging activities for optimal economic and financial reporting outcomes. Prior to Chatham, Chase worked for Ernst & Young and ACM, a BDO alliance firm, as a manager in assurance and advisory. At Chatham, he serves real estate-focused clients, ranging from private investors to some of the largest and most sophisticated public REITs. He enjoys learning about his clients and the real estate industry while helping them demystify derivatives and hedge accounting. His real estate interests expand beyond Chatham, including maintaining his Colorado Real Estate Broker's License. Chase is a CPA. He was recognized as an outstanding senior, earned his Master of Accountancy from, and is a proud alumni of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
