Carol Mayo Cochran CPA,PFS,CEBS/CMA/CMS/THRP/CFC

Carol Cochran has more than 30 years of accounting experience, primarily in the employee benefits field. Using her skills acquired as a Compensation Management Specialist, Carol consults with clients on compensation strategy, job definition and evaluation, salary ranking, and position classification. Carol has been involved with numerous compensation planning engagements over the past 15 years, providing job analysis, job evaluation, compensation plan development, and incentive compensation consulting. In addition to being licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Carol is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP), and Certified Flexible Compensation Consultant (CFC). Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. She is the Imme diate Past Chair of Sandia Preparatory School, a past Chair for New Mexico First, past National Treasurer for the Girl Scouts of the USA, as well as Past Chair and Board Member of ACCION New Mexico. Carol is a Distinguished Toastmaster, past District Governor of District 23 Toastmasters, and past president of Musical Theater Southwest. In 2010, Carol was inducted into the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame.
