Bryan has more than 25 years experience focused on core finance disciplines including enterprise business planning, end-to-end business process creation, continuous improvement program management, cost reduction/management, and product/service level financial analysis. Positions have been held leading projects and people in both corporate management and in consulting, defining and transforming back-office finance and customer-facing business processes. Extensive Program Management Office (PMO) experience that includes defining and documenting methodologies, creating project measurements, facilitating workshops and performing future-state training.
