Bruce S. MacDonald

Bruce S. MacDonald is Co-Founder and President of Net Lease Capital Advisors, Inc. MacDonald has worked in the real estate field for 25 years. In 1995, he joined partner Douglas F. Blough to focus on the acquisition and financing of credit tenant properties. In 1996, they started Net Lease Capital Advisors where they applied the expertise they had developed as principal investors in the credit tenant arena to strategies for tax sensitive property owners and investors. MacDonald has built a niche offering specialized tax solutions for property owners and sellers, which incorporate credit tenant property and credit tenant finance. He currently heads up the Acquisitions Group, which partners in joint venture with other individual and institutional buyers to acquire net lease property. The Acquisitions Group has closed over $1 billion of net lease acquisitions to date.
