Brian O’Melveny is a managing director in Loan Syndications & High Yield Debt Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities. His coverage responsibilities include Southern California, Colorado, and Arizona Commercial Banking. Prior to moving over to originations, Brian worked in both primary sales and secondary trading. He has successfully executed more than 100 transactions raising over $20 billion of debt.
Brian's more than 20 years in banking include experience in both leveraged finance and US Corporate Banking. Before joining the group in 2001, he was a senior relationship manager in Commercial Banking, where he managed middle market relationships.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Brian worked for Hewlett Packard marketing to the aerospace industry.
Brian has a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
