Brian Boyle is a partner in the Houston office of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, where he has practiced since 2004.
Brian represents businesses in commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on the energy industry. He has represented clients in all areas of the industry, ranging from oil and gas exploration and production to transportation, refining and marketing activities. He handles disputes involving both domestic and international transactions and projects. Some of his recent cases have involved operator duties and accounting issues under Joint Operating Agreements, environmental contamination claims related to oil and gas operations, and take or pay and force majeure claims under crude oil supply agreements and LNG contracts.
Brian earned a B.A. from The University of Texas and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where he graduated with honors.
