Brent M. Dann is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at PenFed Credit Union responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, accounting policy and operations. In his role, Dann leads working groups focused on establishing the strategic investment to expand capabilities and to build scale within the office of the CFO and matters involving the adoption of and compliance with regulatory and financial accounting standards. Prior to joining PenFed, Dann served as Managing Partner of SolomonEdwards’ Washington, D.C. practice office and as an advisor to the firm’s National Banking practice. He has 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry starting with his early career in the financial institutions audit practice of Deloitte and Touche, LLP. Dann received his Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
