Brad S. Edwards CPA, ABV, CFA

Brad Edwards works in KPMG's Economic and Valuation Services practice in its Houston office. He has more than 13 years of experience providing financial advisory and valuation services, with a primary focus on the oil and gas industry. Mr. Edwards has managed and conducted numerous valuation engagements for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions; financial reporting; tax planning and compliance; capital budgeting; and other strategic purposes. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has achieved the Accredited in Business Valuation designation of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. Mr. Edwards holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
