Bob is the Principal of R L Bunting Consulting which specializes in advising the leadership of regional accounting and wealth management firms on growth, profitability, owner accountability and the development of new revenue streams. He spent the majority of his career with Moss Adams LLP, serving as CEO for 23 years. During that time the firm grew from $18 million in revenues and 25 partners to over $280 million and 215 partners. From 2005 -2014, Bob combined his independent consulting activities for other firms with serving as Chair of Moss Adams International Services and Sustainability Services Groups. Bob served as chairman of the AICPA (2005-2006) and as Deputy President and then President of the International Federation of Accountants (2006-2011), which sets global auditing, ethics and public sector financial reporting standards. He is a member of AICPA Council and a trustee of the Catherine Wilkins Foundation.
