Bert Fox

Bert Fox is the national managing partner of Audit Innovative Growth Solutions. In this role, Fox oversees the Alternative Assurance and Audit Innovation Teams as well as IT Assurance with a focus on developing new assurance services and continuing to innovate our current audit platforms. Fox also directly serves as the engagement partner of some strategic high growth clients preparing for future public offerings.  Prior to this role, Fox lead the firm's Professional Standards practice and oversaw the firm's national office teams over accounting principles, audit methodology, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC and regulatory matters, and independence and ethics. Fox currently sits on FASAC and the SEC's Advisory Committee on Small Business Capital Formation.  From September 2007 to June 2009, Fox was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the SEC.
