Barry Wen CPA

Barry has 17 years of public accounting experience specializing in business and high net worth individual tax planning, consulting and compliance for various domestic and international tax related matters. His experience ranges throughout the business lifecycle from start-up and funding to operational tax planning and to exit including mergers and acquisitions for clients in different industries including high technology, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, clean energy and professional services. Barry's clients also include business founders and executives, investors and multi-national families. As the Chair of BPM China Practice, Barry advises numerous US and Chinese companies and individuals on business and tax related matters for their overseas operations and inbound investments. Barry holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, attended the Ph.D. program study in Organizational Studies at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and has a B.S. in Psychology from Peking University.
