Tetra Pak is the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company with annual net sales of €11 billion and 25,000 employees in over 160 countries. Azhar lived and worked in the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He traveled to over 100 countries to engage employees and customers; implement global strategy and significant change initiatives. He promotes learning and development, cross-cultural agility, diversity of thought, and inclusion to achieve outstanding results. As CFO for Tetra Pak Americas, Azhar launched CGMA Finance Leadership Program for the finance function across markets in North, Central, and South America. Now he is supporting Tetra Pak to expand this program globally.
