Arshad has over 27 years of experience in audit and consulting, and is the Technology Risk Services Practice Leader for Crowe Horwath which includes Cybersecurity, PCI, Third Party Risk, SOC, IT Audit and IT Financial Audit support solutions. Arshad’s experience includes SOC examinations (both SOC 1 and SOC 2), SOX 404, IT internal audit, cybersecurity, cloud, PCI, and technology regulatory consulting. As the leader of Technology Risk Services, Arshad also leads Crowe’s IT Audit support for Financial Statement Audits practice and is well versed working with both public and private company financial audits. He has worked extensively with regulators and is heavily involved with PCAOB examinations. Arshad has presented at financial services seminars, internal audit chapters, technology conferences and provides instruction relative to technology risk for continuing professional education.
