Annette Stalker
Principal, Stalker Forensics
Annette Stalker is the founder and principal of Stalker Forensics, where she specializes in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and litigation consulting. With a career that began at KPMG in audit and consulting, Annette quickly established herself as a trusted advisor in complex financial matters. She went on to lead an international business consulting practice for over a decade, focusing on business process design and systems implementation.
Before launching Stalker Forensics in 2014, Annette honed her forensic expertise at Ueltzen & Company LLP, a respected boutique firm in Sacramento, California. Today, she brings more than 20 years of experience across public accounting, management consulting, international business, and forensic investigations.
Annette has provided expert testimony in a wide range of cases, including partnership disputes, commercial and personal damages, and alter ego claims. She has issued several forensic accounting investigation reports in both civil and criminal matters.
She currently serves on the AICPA Board of Directors and has held several national leadership roles, including Chair of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Conference. At the state level, she remains active with CalCPA, contributing to the Forensic Services Section Steering Committee and previously chairing the Professional Conduct Committee.
Annette holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials, reflecting her deep commitment to professional excellence. Beyond her professional work, she gives back to her community as Treasurer of the Broadway Sacramento board of directors.
