Extensive experience in economic, space and capital market research designed to facilitate sound debt and equity investment decisions. During his career has developed a deep understanding of how macro and micro economic factors impact national, regional and local real estate markets. This is in combination with how to interpret real estate space and capital market information to ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of different investment strategies. A strong knowledge base that covers commercial and residential real estate in over 60 U.S. markets that incorporates the economic base and factors that impact real estate supply/demand and pricing.

Andrew has authored a number of internal and external articles examining economic events impacting real estate and describing current real estate market conditions. He has also made numerous internal and external client presentations ranging from introductions to real estate as an asset class, market outlooks and specific strategic initiatives. He is an active member of the research components of a number of industry associations.

Undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska, Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa, Earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
