For more than 20 years, Amy has helped companies grow. Working with large global public clients to mid-sized firms or privately held companies, her expertise, network and ability solve complex problems have been key to her success. Amy has been in leadership and sales roles in several fast growing consulting firms. She is skilled in selling complex services and developing long term productive relationships. Prior to joining the firm, Amy managed the Midwest Region for BPI group, a global Outplacement and HR consulting firm, where she led key client relationships while also spearheading account management and marketing activities. Previously Amy was Client Relationship Manager for Capital H Group, a human capital consulting firm where she led business development, marketing, strategic planning and negotiating large consulting contracts across a wide range of industries. She was also a Vice President of Business Development for an accounting and finance consulting firm for 10 years earlier in her career. Amy began her career in commercial real estate as a broker for Cushman & Wakefield and has worked in several entrepreneurial ventures throughout her career. Amy serves on two start-up technology company boards and has served on numerous non-profit boards, including serving two terms as President of Meals on Wheels Chicago. She is active in the International Women's Forum Chicago and The 606 - an alliance of the City of Chicago, Chicago Park District, The Trust for Public Land.
