Amin Mohomed is an assistant project manager at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). In this role, he provides research and technical accounting support, primarily on projects related to financial instruments.
Prior to joining the FASB, Amin worked in the accounting policy group for a Fortune 200 energy company. Previously, he served as a consultant to various community banks and credit unions across the nation.
Amin graduated summa cum laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with degrees in accounting and economics and a masters of business administration. He is a CPA in Minnesota.
