Allen Magee

Allen Magee has over thirteen years of experience in public accounting providing tax compliance and consulting services to public and private companies in a variety of industries, including consulting, manufacturing, distribution, automotive dealers, restaurant groups, real estate, and technology companies. A great deal of his tax consulting and compliance experience has been concentrated in dealing with the income tax flow-through entity issues for multi-state S corporations, partnerships, and their respective investors. Allen also has extensive experience in assisting many private businesses with the tax planning issues related to selling their businesses to outside investors.
