Al is one of EYs leading Operating Model Effectiveness (OME) professionals. As a partner in EYs National Tax Department (International Tax Services) he advises large multinational corporations on the design, implementation, and defense of efficient operating model structures in several industries (e.g., Technology, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Industrial Manufacturing, Apparel, and Retail). Al has helped clients to design and implement business transformation projects in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. In addition, Al is on the Advisory Board of EYs Technology Industry Council and a member of the Firms Cloud Computing Steering Committee.
