Abigail Sheppard

Abby Sheppard has worked within the manufacturing and distribution space in the Pharmaceuticals industry for 14 years, primarily in speciality pharmaceutical care businesses. During this time, she has worked for P&G, Warner Chilcott, Ipsen and Indivior and has had finance assignments in the Commercial Business, Manufacturing, Group Controllership as well as Group Supply and Procurement departments. She has progressed from her initial role as an Assistant Accountant to her current role as Indivior’s Financial Controller. Effective 1st April 2022 she will become the Finance Director for the EU Can region at Indivior. She has had the opportunity to work in Ireland, be a board Director, be involved in corporate restructuring projects, business development and divestitures. Her passion is improving patients’ lives by business partnering to give holistic support to the business via her finance specialization. As she has developed within her career, she is committed supporting other women to break the glass ceiling and find a balance between work and life. She is the proud mother of a wonderful 4-year-old boy.
