Abhi Ahuja

Abhi Ahuja serves as a leader in the EY Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Supply Chain practice and works with clients undergoing disruptive events such as M&A&D and business model innovation imperatives. In this role, he supports corporate and private equity clients pre-and post-transaction close (Buy and Sell-side and Operational Turnarounds and Restructuring). He has two decades of broad supply chain and operations experience, both in consulting and operating roles globally. Abhi has deep experience across the M&A&D lifecycle, acquired by leading integration/divestiture supply chain strategy development, creating roadmaps for an issue-free “Day 1” and accelerating post Day 1 synergy capture. Abhi frequently publishes eminence on a diverse range of topics, including Asset Light Strategy, Operational Value Capture and Business Model Transformation.
