Nancy Shelmon retired in 2010 as a senior partner from PwC. She was a member of the AICPA's Not-for-Profit Expert Panel for many years, as the new audit guide was developed. She was also hired by the AICPA to draft the audit guidance in the new Not-for-Profit guide. She has served education and not-for-profit clients for more than 30 years. She also serves on the board of International Medical Corps, the Norton Simon Foundation and the Norton Simon Art Foundation.
