Laura Rainey is the Director of Financial & IT Audits at the National Science Foundation Office of Inspector General (NSF-OIG), where she oversees the annual contracted audits of NSF’s Annual Financial Report and the agency’s compliance with the requirements of FISMA, IPERA, and the DATA Act. Laura serves as the agency’s National Single Audit Coordinator, conducting quality assurance reviews of single audits and working on inter-agency task forces dedicated to improving audit quality.
