Ralph DeAcetis CPA, CGFM, CMA

Ralph is a Managing Director in our Boston office with 38 years of experience. He is our national director of regulatory compliance associated with federal awards to the not for profit sector. He has a detailed understanding of the business, regulatory, and accounting issues impacting our not for profit clients. Ralph’s knowledge of the Single Audit Act and OMB cost and administrative circulars has made him our national leader in this field. Ralph routinely represents our firm on various AICPA and federal agency task forces associated with OMB Circular A-133 and the Single Audit Act; and development of specific Federal Agency audit guidelines such as audit guides recently issued by the Federal Departments of Education and Energy, for example. He represents PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center Executive Committee. Ralph works with many of our clients and client engagement teams across the country including DeVry University, ITT Technical Institute, Partners Health Care System, Harvard University, Yale University, Princeton University, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Columbia University, Boston University, University of Michigan, University of California System, Stanford University, WGBH Educational Foundation, and Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency. He is a member of the AICPA, Massachusetts Society of CPA’s, Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Government Accountants. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Ralph is Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Government Financial Manager and a Chartered Life Underwriter. Ralph received a BS/BA from Boston University.
