Scott Bourgeois

Vice President, Chief Audit Executive, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.

Scott Bourgeois currently serves as Vice President, Chief Audit Executive for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (CCE), one of the world’s largest bottlers of Coca-Cola products. Scott is based in Uxbridge, United Kingdom and has been with CCE for over 10 years.


Scott began his career in public accounting and worked in the assurance practices of Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst and Young LLP with a focus on large public manufacturing and services clients. Upon leaving public accounting, he joined the Controller’s Group at Delta Air Lines, Inc. in Atlanta.


Since joining CCE in 2004 as a member of the Corporate Controller’s Group, Scott has held various roles, most recently serving as the Company’s Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting based in Atlanta prior to relocating to the United Kingdom in 2013.


Scott received his undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and is a Certified Public Accountant. He was a participant on the FASB’s 2011 indefinite-lived intangible asset impairment review project and is serving his first term as a member of the Center for Audit Quality’s (CAQ) SEC Regulations Committee. Scott has also served as an Honorary Board Member for the Special Olympics of Georgia. He currently lives in Gerrards Cross, United Kingdom with his wife, Brooke, and two sons, Owen and Cooper.
