Jamie Miller

Ms. Miller is Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for General Electric Company ("GE"). She is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting by GE's five large, diversified businesses. Ms. Miller leads a global distributed GE controllership team comprised of approximately 3,500 Certified Public or Chartered Accountants. 

Prior to joining GE, Ms. Miller had served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of WellPoint, Inc. and was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a number of roles including, as the Financial Services leader for the Chicago practice. Prior to her role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Genworth Financial (formerly GE Financial Assurance).

Ms. Miller is on the Standing Advisory Committee for the International Accounting Standards Board and the Standards Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board of the SEC. She is also on the Committee on Corporate Reporting of Financial Executives International. She has previously held Board memberships with the Joffrey Ballet and Hubbard Street Dance in Chicago.

She is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
