Joshua Forgione CPA

Josh Forgione is a partner in Ernst & Young LLP’s Professional Practice Group and is based in Washington, DC. He primarily focuses on business combinations and consolidation matters. Josh joined EY after serving on the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and interacts regularly with the SEC staff to resolve issues involving financial accounting and disclosure matters and the interpretation and application of SEC rules and regulations.

Josh earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Washington, DC and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
