Frank Wilary

Mr. Wilary co-founded Wilary Winn in 2003 has nearly twenty-five years of diversified experience in the financial services industry and has served financial institution clients for the past thirteen years. Areas of expertise include asset-liability management, credit loss modeling, capital markets, structured finance, mortgage banking, derivatives and information systems.

Frank’s primary responsibility is to lead the research, development and implementation of Wilary Winn's new business lines. Frank works to ensure that new products and services meet the firm's high standards and that best practices are used across the firm’s lines of business.
