Chuck Mitman

Mr. Mitman is the co-founder of Prism eSolutions and holds over 20 years of experience in the quality and risk management industries.

While he was President, Mr. Mitman was responsible for building the company’s consulting and web application services business through strategic partnerships, as well as by utilizing traditional training and consulting engagements. Additionally, he was responsible for developing relationships to deliver content to Prism’s equationASP™ platform and training services that enable clients to implement, manage and maintain quality, business continuity and security management systems particularly pursuant to the family of ISO standards. They were one of the first to offer the food industry standard, ISO 22000 implementation services. Mr Mitman negotiated the strategic acquisition of Prism in 2009 by Andy Frain Services and in 2014 he re acquired the consulting business and serves as President of Prism International which serves customers in achieving certification to the family of ISO standards, Food safety and quality compliance, and other industry specific management system standards.

He also founded Prism China, a wholly owned subsidiary in Beijing which serves the needs of companies with supply chain management, technology, and quality management needs in China and Taiwan. Mr. Mitman is the editor of BCM China, the leading publication for business continuity in Asia.

He is the author of many articles and case studies on management systems, quality and continuity. He is the author of the quality management, ISO 9000 and business continuity offerings used by AICPA.

He has management experience ranging from Fortune 3000 companies to successfully launching start ups and growing those businesses and managing their exit strategies.

Mr. Mitman has been called on to testify as an expert on issues pertaining to bio-terrorism, food defense and agro-terrorism at numerous congressional hearings.

He collaborates with Valley Forge Financial Group and Blue Sky Capital in New York on numerous private equity and merger and acquisition transactions and acts as a strategic advisor for these firms on deals related to technology and compliance particularly in the manufacturing sector. He also works with Guidepost Partners, the receiver for the Madoff corporate asset fund.
