Sandy Sloyer CPA, CGMA, MBA

Sandy Sloyer is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of financial leadership experience. She has provided finance and accounting operations leadership and support to companies across a range of service industries, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and distribution.

With CFGI's Private Equity Services practice, Sandy fills interim CFO roles and supports private equity portfolio companies through major initiatives, ownership changes, and restructurings. Prior to joining CFGI, she provided strategic support on all accounting and finance operations/processes, as well as risk management, M&A, and stakeholder communications, to various national and regional service companies. These ranged from a local healthcare provider to a global professional services firm to a national franchise organization and division of a $12 billion global hospitality company. She began her career with PwC.

Sandy holds a BA in Accounting and Music from Taylor University and an MBA from Moravian College. She has served on the Board of Directors and Audit and Finance Committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and in various leadership positions with the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Sandy is married and resides in the greater Philadelphia area.
