Rachael A. Crump CPA, CGMA

Rachael A. Crump joined Insight in 2016 as vice president of finance, controller - North America and was appointed accounting officer in 2018. Prior to Insight, she worked at Amkor Technology as a senior director controller of global accounting where she played a critical role in helping accelerate the organization's agility through efforts like Amkor's SAP global implementation. She is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in business administration accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Crump started her career at Ernst & Young, now EY, where she helped support the Phoenix area's burgeoning tech industry by auditing firms prior to their initial public offerings. She would go on to hold roles at Sage Software and MedAire as a controller. Today, Crump supports leadership on financial decisions, ensuring Insight meets its fiduciary responsibilities and empowering her team to succeed. She explains the best way to achieve success is through clear communication by bringing clarity to ambiguous situations - no matter how complex a problem is.
