Michael. Armstrong received his formal education from Iowa State University, acquiring a B.S. in Accounting and Economics. He began his career as a CPA with McGladrey & Pullen in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.


Mr. Armstrong then held multiple positions with FMC Corporation beginning in Cost Accounting and Financial Analysis at the Cable Crane & Excavator Div.; Domestic & International Internal Audit at the Corporate Office; Accounting Manager at the Agricultural Machinery Division; and ending as controller at the Paradise Peak Mine for the FMC Gold Company. He then moved to Boise, Idaho where he served as CFO for Hoff Companies (timber, building materials, and residential land development) and currently as CFO for Micro 100 Tool Corporation (solid carbide cutting tools).

Mr. Armstrong is an active member in the community, including: Treasurer – Meridian Chamber of Commerce, Treasure Valley CFO Forum, Idaho Society of CPAs Board Member, AICPA, Cole Community Church, and USTA League Tennis.
